Once I join an insurance plan, how do I pay?

You generally provide a check or credit card number with your application. If your application is rejected, your credit card will not be processed, you will be refunded the money, or the mailed check will simply be returned to you. If you are approved, payments will be expected monthly, either by check, credit card or automatic bank drafts.
